Plastic Mountain
A temporary art work exploring the plastic issue
made of earth and plastic litter reinforced with a metal framework

This work was made with the help of the local community in July 2023. The earth is
now slowly eroding. Eventually all that will be left will be the litter attached to the
metal framework. The cracks are part of the process. This work will remain here till
November when the Christmas tree will return. However, some of the plastic we use
may last in our environment for 1000 years.
