Buying F.A.Q.
If you are about the buy from this site and would like to understand how it works, this page will give you all the information you should need. But if you have any other questions about buying from this site don’t hesitate to contact me.
Payment Options for buying artworks
You can pay for your new artwork by:
- Using a debit or credit card
- Bank Transfer
- Cheque
- Stripe (a well know online payment system)
- Cash on collection from the SW18 studio
Once you checkout your order you will be able to select your preferred payment option.
Delivery
Your new artwork will be carefully packed and shipped by courier. It will normally get to you in 3 – 5 days, although it might occasionally take longer if I have to retrieve it from a gallery, if it is in an exhibition or if it needs to be cast specifically. I will keep you up to date about estimated delivery time.
Please do email me if you need it urgently for a present or an event. If I am not busy with other commitments I might be able to get you the sculpture the next day.
There are a few bronze works displayed on the site that I do not have in stock (these are clearly marked). In that case it will take a 3 – 4 months to get it cast at my bronze foundry. I know that this delay can be frustrating so my apologies but casting costs are high so it is hard for me to carry lots of stock. If this is the case, we can arrange for you to just pay a deposit whilst you wait for it to be ready for you.
Delivery Charges
If you would like to purchase multiple products to be delivered together, we might be able to reduce the overall delivery charge. Please place your order as normal and we can refund you any excess delivery charge that is not necessary. If you are paying by cheque or BACS, please contact us to request a requote of the delivery charges before you transfer the funds/send the cheque.
International Delivery Charges
I am happy to ship my artworks to anywhere in the world. However, to keep things simple, I have quoted a single price for delivery anywhere outside Europe. However, if upon research the delivery charge is more than double what has been quoted on the site I will need to amend the cost of delivery. In this case, I will email you to let you know the situation, and give you the option of whether or not to continue with the order.
Please also note that any import duties and taxes will be your responsibility. It is also your responsibility to comply with any relevant laws and regulations of the destination country.
Paying by instalment can make buying easier
Sometimes we fall in love with Artworks that are a bit outside our disposable income, but fear not – I am very happy to take payment by instalment. Please contact me and we can arrange something that works for you.
Thank you
Thank your for considering buying from this site – in doing so you will not only have a wonderful work of art in your life, you will also be supporting my continued survival as an emerging artist in London and the development of my art practice.
